🦄Why I wrote this
I didn’t qualify for Boston right away. Not even close! I ran my first half marathon in 2018 and it changed my life! I never even thought I wanted to run a full marathon, but if you're reading this, you know how that goes. 😉
It took me 8 years from that first half marathon, nine full marathons, and three actual BQs to figure out what actually works—and more importantly, what doesn’t.
Along the way, I made mistakes, adjusted my training, and learned how to approach both preparation and race day differently.
This book is everything I learned in that process so hopefully you can get there even faster!
