  • Where can I train with you?
    Whether you live in Southeast Michigan or not, I can coach you! Option 1: In-Person Training at the Inner Athlete Fitness Studio in St. Clair Shores, MI Option 2: Virtual Training via FaceTime or Zoom from anywhere!
  • How do I train virtually?
    It's easy - we will connect via FaceTime or Zoom and train just as if we were in person except I am watching you train via the camera. You don't necessarily have to have any special equipment, but there are some things that can enhance your sessions: 1. Resistance bands with handles and an over-the-door anchor are inexpensive and work wonderfully to create a highly versatile home gym. 2. A tripod to hold your phone or tablet and easily angle it where you need without worrying about it falling. That's it!
  • Do you write programs for people who want to work out on their own or additionally outside of their personal training sessions?
    Absolutely! Individualized programs written specifically for your goals are available for all clients and are included in some programs. They can include cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility work specific to your needs.
  • How long will it take me to reach my goals?
    That depends on a couple of factors...what your goal is and where you are now and your level of commitment to achieving your goal. Let's set up a time to talk and I can help you to get a better idea. Just head over to my Contact page.
  • What are your qualifications?
