Trainer Sarah has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and has earned her master’s degree in kinesiology through AT Still University. She is an NASM and ACE-certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Fitness Nutrition, Medical Exercise, Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Boxing Fitness, and TRX. She is also a Stott Pilates Instructor with a specialization in Athletic Conditioning. Her training style is friendly and encouraging.
